A unique mix of fresh applies, apple cider, dark brown sugar, and spices, like cinnamon, nutmeg and others.
We use a minimum of three apple varieties for flavor and consistency.
This is a very labor intensive product, we mill it to make it spreadable like soft butter. It's usually a 3-5 day cook.
We stay true to time tested methods to bring you the wonderful flavor of early fall.

Took a long time to get it right. On pound cake, with a little whipped cream, it tastes alot like tiramisu. Good on morning items, as a treat or even chocolate brownies. It leans sweet as there is no fruit to bind to. Black coffee drinkers it comes off sweet.
